We are making various types of moulds for writing instrument industry. The name of mould are Barrel, Cap, Gripper , Cap clip , Front section (cone) , End plug (back) , Gel refill Adopter , Jetter Refill Tube , Retractable Gear , Pusher , Gear box etc. The constructions of mould are depending on the product or product design.

We are continuous touch with our customers during all stages of mould making starting from Product Design to the end of Mould Testing.

Each and every component that goes in to the moulds are inspected at every stage and assembly by experienced technicians. We monitor the dimensional stability and quality of each part of the mould throughout the manufacturing process.

Every mould is tested in our injection-moulding machine for product dimensions and smooth running of the mould. The mould is also tested with small production runs to confirm cycle time.
